Service Description
This focused 60-minute session is designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve the way your body moves. Using targeted massage therapy techniques, we address areas of restriction, tension, and compensation that may be limiting your range of motion or contributing to discomfort. Sessions are intentional and outcome-oriented — ideal for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic tightness, or wanting to move with greater ease and stability. These sessions include client intake forms and additional planning for future sessions. Upgrades to 75 or 90 minutes are available for deeper, more comprehensive work. Cupping therapy may be incorporated to support tissue hydration, improve circulation, and enhance mobility when appropriate. Each session supports your body’s natural capacity to heal, adapt, and move efficiently — helping you feel stronger, more aligned, and at home in your body.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At the heart of this cancellation policy is mutual respect for time, energy, and commitment—both yours and ours. Our aim is to honor the dedication you bring to your healing journey and the investment you make in your well-being. We are fully committed to holding space for your growth, and we kindly ask the same commitment in return. Cancellation You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and receive an 80% refund. The remaining 20% serves as a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit reflects the value of holding space for your session and acknowledges that late cancellations prevent others from accessing care. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to three times. After the third reschedule, the full session price will be charged. • Standard Notice: We require at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. • Emergency Exceptions: In urgent situations, you may request a reschedule up to 3 hours before your session. If the request is made after the 3-hour grace period, 50% of the session price will be charged. No-Shows & Same-Day No Contact If you miss your session without notice or fail to contact us on the day of your appointment, the full session price will be charged. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email, direct message, or text message within the appropriate notice period outlined above. Once your cancellation or reschedule request is confirmed, we will deduct the 20% deposit. • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–7 business days. Payment and Fees • Credit/Debit Cards: Fees will be charged to the card on file. • Venmo Payments: The 20% deposit will be deducted along with any applicable platform transfer fees.
